XL was snug on 5'10" 205 lb but arms felt like a tourniqet and my arms are not XL.
Front zipper was nice but had to return to get a different brand with realistic arm size. XL was largest offered for this model

After extensive research readings on the internet, I bought two (male size 4) for myself, and two (one male size 2 and one female size 3) for my wife over a year ago. I had to order from different vendors because Playa wetsuit was either sold out or just the last one left in stock.
Before I decided on Cressi, I went to check wetsuits of other brands at Big 5. Cressi is made in Italy and are definitely with much better quality material! The design is so sleek looking! I am most happy with the front zipping. It can be put on/taken off easily without help of others.
This wetsuit allows me to fearlessly jump into water at low 70-degrees whenever I want to. I am 5'6", about 190 lb, male size 4 fits well. The correspondence between the size and Italian metric code is below.
[Male, 6 sizes]-- XS(Size 1), S(Size 2), M(Size 3), L(Size 4), XL(Size 5), XXL(Size 6). [Female, 4 sizes]-- XS(Size 1), S(Size 2), M(Size 3), L(Size 4).
If you live in Southern California, with this wetsuit, plus solar blanket covering your pool and solar water heater running under sunshine (the blanket and water heater each raises water temperature by 5-10F degrees), you might be able to swim outdoor almost all year round.

Like the other reviewers, I also agree this wetsuit runs very small, not just in the arms, but all over. Whatever size you may be in another manufacturer's wetsuit, it's probably a safe assumption to order one size up.
One detail not that visible in the product images is the shiny silver trim around the leg and arm openings. Not a huge deal, but unexpected and a bit out-of-place on a wetsuit in my opinion. I also wasn't thrilled with the yellow accents. I ended up returning the wetsuit for a full refund.
Otherwise, the quality of construction is good and the zipper is big and easy to use. Recommended if you order larger than usual and don't mind the shiny silver trim.

The suit is nice, but a real size chart is needed.
I'm 5'10, 185lb not much muscular and the arms where killing me.
Other than that the suit is great.
